Logo concepts are distinct design ideas or proposals for your logo. For example, if you purchase a package with 6 logo concepts, you’ll receive 6 unique logo options to choose from, each offering a different interpretation of your brand.
WHAT ARE REVISION ROUNDS?
Revision rounds are the stages in the design process where changes or adjustments can be made to the design based on your feedback. They allow for fine-tuning and refining the design to better align with your vision.
WHAT IS CLASSIFIED AS A REVISION?
A revision refers to minor adjustments made to an existing logo concept, such as colour changes, spacing, sizing, or small refinements to typography or line weight. These updates build on the original design without changing its overall structure or concept.
Any request that involves new concepts, new shapes, or a significant change in direction is considered a new logo design, not a revision, as it requires starting the design process again.
I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE A BRANDING PACKAGE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE DESIGNS?
Logo concepts are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the package selected. Please refer to the turnaround time listed on the individual package page for exact details.
For branding packages that include brand collaterals, delivery timelines may vary based on the scope and complexity of the materials included.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR IDEAS FOR THE LOGO?
We highly recommend to fill in our order requirements form in depth as this will help our design team during the design process. It will help us understand your vision for the brand and desired aesthetic. It also minimises the need of revisions and changes at a later point.
I HAVE PURCHASED A PACKAGE, HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE?
All designs are sent via email. Please ensure you enter the correct contact email when filling in our online order form.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all payments made to Riary are non-refundable once a project has commenced. This includes time spent on research, strategy, concept development, and design.
If a project is cancelled before work has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion. Once any design work has started or concepts have been delivered, refunds are not available.
